Keep Me Signed In On This Computer
If you enable this check box, the user name you use to sucessfully login to iasWorld will display the next time you go to the iasWorld login page on the same computer. Note, however, the login name is stored in a cookie, and if you delete cookies on the computer, the login name will be deleted.
Locked or Disabled Account
If you click
multiple times with the wrong password, you will eventually lock or disable your
account. In either case, you will see a message, advising that your account is locked.
A locked account will remain locked for a set time period, after which, you can
try to login again. A disabled account must be re-activated by your administrator.
Forgotten Password or Forgotten Login
If you have forgotten your password and you can see the ‘Forgot your password?’ link, you can click the link to create a new password. Simply click the link and follow the instructions provided. If the ‘Forgot your password?’ link is not available, you must contact your iasWorld administrator to get a new password.
If you have forgotten your login name, you must contact your iasWorld administrator.
Exceeded Allowed Number of Concurrent Logins
If you receive an error message advising you that you cannot login because you have already reached the maximum number of allowed concurrent logins, you must locate one of your existing open sessions and close it, after which you can start another session. An open session is an open browser displaying iasWorld after you have logged in.
Expired Account
If you receive a message advising you that your account has expired, you must contact your iasWorld administrator.
Account Not Yet Active
If you receive a message advising you that your account is not yet active, you have two options: you can contact your iasWorld administrator and request that your account be activated, or you can wait until the account is active. The activation date is selected by your iasWorld administrator when the account is created.
Failed to Login
The failed to login message displays when there is a problem that disables iasWorld, or prevents user access. Possible issues that can cause this error message to display include a network disruption, power outage, or a server breakdown.
Maintenance Mode
If you see a message indicating that the site is in maintenance mode, you cannot login. The message will advise you when the site will be available again.
